Hilo Hamakua Community Development Corporation (HHCDC)

The Hilo Hamakua Community Development Corporation (HHCDC) serves as a resource and conduit to assist the residents of the Hilo/Hamakua Coast in community-based and environmentally sound economic development. HHCDC fulfills this goal by identifying and enlisting available resources to provide training and business planning, to manage local resources, research market opportunities for agricultural products and promote our cultural heritage, eco-tourism, recreation and cottage industries. HHCDC'S non-profit status also offers the service of operating as a fiscal pass-through option for local community organizations.
